These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of conflict, these Terms prevail unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
vi288 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such proof within the specified deadline may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of outstanding Bonuses.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account at any given time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication tokens. vi288 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify vi288 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information — including false date of birth, incorrect name, or third-party bank account details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has been recorded for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. vi288 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive Accounts once the inactivity threshold is reached, until either the Account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

KYC verification is required before a withdrawal request can be processed for the first time, and may be triggered again at any point at vi288's discretion. Required documents typically include:

Deposits via local bank transfer are typically reflected in your Account within five (5) minutes during banking hours (WIB). E-wallet deposits are generally instant. Deposits made outside standard banking hours may experience delays of up to two (2) hours.
You may only deposit funds from bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited and will be returned, with any associated Bonuses voided. vi288 reserves the right to hold deposits pending source verification.
All deposits are accepted and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). vi288 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Cumulative daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you upon Account verification.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically arrive within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval during WIB banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals are usually completed within thirty (30) minutes of approval.
Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your registered name. vi288 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must ensure:
vi288 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. vi288 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party financial institutions.
All Bonuses offered by vi288 are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

While a Bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum bet limit of Rp 50.000 per spin or per bet applies. Bets exceeding this limit during active Bonus play may result in the Bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited.
Each Bonus carries an expiry date, stated at the time of offer. Bonuses and wagering progress will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. vi288 will not extend Bonus validity periods as a standard practice.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse Bonus offers — including coordinated betting with other accounts, arbitrage strategies, or deliberate low-risk wagering designed purely to complete requirements without genuine gaming activity — constitutes Bonus abuse. vi288 reserves the right to void all Bonuses and associated winnings and to close any Account found engaged in such behavior.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Certain promotions may be restricted by geographic region, account tier, deposit method, or game type. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. vi288 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time.
All sports bets are subject to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, FIFA for international matches, UEFA for Champions League). Where no official result is declared within 48 hours of the scheduled event, vi288 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes.
In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds quoted at the time the bet is confirmed on-screen. Any connectivity issue during in-play betting that prevents bet confirmation is not the responsibility of vi288.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer dealing procedures overseen by Evolution Gaming or similarly accredited providers. vi288 accepts no responsibility for game interruptions resulting from technical issues on the player's side (device, internet connection).
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by officially declared draw results from recognized lottery operators. vi288 will settle togel bets based on published official results. Disputes regarding result accuracy must be submitted within 24 hours of settlement.
In the event of a manifest error in pricing, game display, or settlement, vi288 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players. "Manifest error" means a clear and obvious mistake — such as decimal odds of 1000.00 where market conditions dictate a true price of approximately 1.05. This policy applies regardless of whether the player appears to benefit from the error.
Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or early settlement feature. All bet submissions are final upon confirmation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
vi288 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, unusual betting patterns, potential fraud, or any other risk to the integrity of the Platform.
vi288 may permanently close an Account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. Upon termination for breach, any Bonus balances and wagering progress are forfeited. Real-money deposits and winnings that are not related to the breach will be returned to the player after deducting applicable administrative costs, subject to satisfaction of all due diligence checks.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Following a closure request, vi288 will process any qualifying withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance within ten (10) business days after KYC is complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless you have already met all wagering requirements.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the vi288 brand name and logo, website design, software code, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, video, and data compilations — is the property of vi288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vi288 is licensed and incorporated, as stated in our official licensing documentation. vi288 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license issued by a reputable regulatory authority.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
